A CCTV footage has surfaced online with allegations that a worker of Samsung service centre in India breached a customer's privacy and accessed WhatsApp and media during repair. The customer said he noticed suspicious activity in screen time and came to know his personal apps were accessed without consent. He also said that the centre's manager issued indirect threats.
