External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar criticised Delhi's ruling party AAP and said that he feels ashamed to go abroad and say that people in the national capital don't get houses, piped water and cylinders. "Whenever I visit foreign countries, I hide [this] from the world," he added. "Delhi residents aren't given their rights to water, electricity and cylinders," he added.
