Elephant walks while dogs bark, says BPSC official on Bihar protests, sparks backlash

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) official Rajesh Kumar Singh said, "Hathi chale bazaar, kutta bhaunke hazaar" (an elephant walks while a thousand dogs bark), while responding to protests by job aspirants, sparking a backlash. RJD's Tejashwi Yadav called the remark "shameful", adding that such language would not be tolerated. Rajesh later said his remark was twisted and expressed regret.
