3 Haryana Waqf Board staff members held for ₹3 lakh bribe

Haryana's Anti-Corruption Bureau arrested three Waqf Board employees, an estate officer, rent clerk, and peon, in Sonepat for allegedly accepting ₹3 lakh bribe to process lease files for shop plots in Gohana. The trio was caught red-handed in an ACB trap. They are booked under Sections 7 and 7A of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
