Russia has responded after it attacked a Ukrainian cargo ship off the coast of Odesa on Monday, which killed four Indian sailors. Russia said that it is in touch with Indian authorities after India summoned Russian chargé d’affaires Vladimir Ladanov. The attack had left 10 people dead and occurred as Russian attacks on cargo ships in the Black Sea increased.
