Afghan Taliban leader calls for dialogue with Pakistan amid tensions

Afghan Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi said that the problems affecting relations between neighbours Afghanistan and Pakistan can be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy. He added that Pakistan uses only military language instead of seeking "political understanding." This comes after Pakistan carried out overnight airstrikes in Afghanistan in early October, claiming 10 lives.
