Footballer Bala Devi has become the first Indian woman to score 50 international goals. She reached the milestone in the match against Pakistan in the 2024 SAFF Women's Championship. The 34-year-old forward netted the ball in the 35th minute of the match. "The motivation to score that goal came from my father and everything he taught me," she said.
