SEBI Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey said the market regulator is engaging with GST Council to resolve GST issues in commodity trading. "We are working with GST Council Secretariat to unlock market participation," he added. Resolving GST issues is key to boosting agriculture and non-agriculture commodities, he said. SEBI is also examining a proposal for a single investor protection fund (IPF).
