Zepto is preparing to publicly file for an initial public offering (IPO) in the first half of June that could raise up to $1 billion, Bloomberg reported. The quick-commerce startup may begin investor roadshows next month and is targeting a July listing. The IPO is expected to include both fresh share issuance and secondary stake sales by existing investors.
