Who is Arturo Bejar, ex-Meta exec testifying in kid safety trial?

Arturo Bejar, a former Meta employee turned whistleblower, testified in a landmark child safety trial against the company. He spent six years developing child safety tools at Facebook and previously worked in security at Yahoo. Bejar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from King’s College London. He claimed his 14-year-old daughter was preyed upon on Instagram.
