Ace Designers plans $400 mn IPO in Mumbai

Bengaluru-based CNC machine maker Ace Designers is planning a $400 million IPO in Mumbai. The company has begun talks with investment banks to select advisers. Founded in 1979, it reported over ₹28 billion in revenue for FY2026. The offering may include new and existing shares, backed by Kotak Alternate Asset Managers for global expansion.
