World Economic Forum President Borge Brende said global debt is now at the highest levels since the Napoleonic wars in the 1800s. "We are close to 100% of GDP in global debt," he said during a meeting at Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. He also warned against the potential economic stagnation as growth remains positive but continues to be fragile.
