Mosquito travels on flight to Germany, kills 2 airport staff with malaria
A mosquito allegedly travelled on a flight to Germany and infected six airport staff at Frankfurt Airport, killing two of them, German public health officials have claimed. The two employees reportedly died due to malaria transmitted by an infected Anopheles mosquito. The other employees are being treated, and traps have been installed at the airport to capture mosquitoes.
