RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra said on Wednesday that the central bank has not found any material governance concerns in HDFC Bank after Chairman Atanu Chakraborty's exit from the bank. Atanu has cited "ethical concerns over certain practices" in his resignation letter. "From the bank side, we are not seeing any systemic concerns about their profitability and their health," Malhotra said.
