India and Vietnam held a ministerial-level bilateral meeting to review their defence partnership and exchange an MoU on AI and quantum technology. "We discussed ways to further deepen cooperation in maritime security, defence industry, training and regional stability," Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said. The two countries marked 10 years of their Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
