Maharashtra Dy CM Sunetra Pawar wins from Baramati by 2 lakh votes, opponent gets 935 votes
Maharashtra Deputy CM and late Deputy CM Ajit Pawar's wife Sunetra Pawar won the by-election from the Baramati Assembly constituency by 2,18,034 votes. The candidate who came second secured only 935 votes, with over 20 candidates securing less than 500 votes each. The seat had fallen vacant after Ajit Pawar passed away in a plane crash in January.
