Voters whose pleas are pending before tribunals can't vote in WB: SC

The Supreme Court declined interim relief to voters removed after SIR, barring them from voting in West Bengal elections. TMC argued that lakhs of voters whose appeals are pending before appellate tribunals should be allowed to vote. Petitioners asked SC to extend the freezing of the electoral rolls and fix a timeline for tribunals to clear appeals on time.
