Arunachal Pradesh's Nikter Yati, along with Nabam Nani and Sianiamalu Kri, won gold in the Under-30 Women's Team Poomsae event at the 9th Heroes International Taekwondo Championship held in Thailand from July 31 to August 2. Hailing from the remote Gimba village in Kra Daadi district, Yati overcame limited sports infrastructure to achieve the international success.
