Court acquits UP man accused of spying for Pakistan after 22 years

A court in UP has acquitted a 50-year-old man accused of spying for Pakistan and possessing sensitive documents after 22 years. The man was arrested in 2004 on the basis of statements made by two Pakistani nationals, arrested for transferring classified maps and documents to Pakistani intelligence. The court noted that the prosecution failed to prove his involvement.
