Allahabad High Court judge Justice Subhash Vidyarthi recused himself from hearing petition seeking FIR against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in dual citizenship case. He referred to social media posts by petitioner Vignesh Shishir, which remarked on his decision last week to delay filing of FIR as the reason behind recusal. Rahul is accused of holding citizenship of India and UK.
