EPFO fixed an 8.25% interest rate for FY 2025-26, which will be credited by July 15. Considering the account balance stayed the same, a ₹5 lakh balance will generate a ₹41,250 payout, ₹10 lakh will give ₹82,500, ₹50 lakh will give over ₹4.12 lakh and ₹1 crore will give ₹8.25 lakh. Notably, EPF interest is calculated on monthly running basis.
