Chinese EV startup Xpeng is in discussions with Volkswagen and other automakers for buying a factory ​in Europe, Financial Times reported. This comes after Volkswagen CEO Oliver Blume said the company could bring its cars made in China to European market. Xpeng is considering building its own plant in Europe to boost overseas sales due to slow demand in China.
