US reveals why it waived tariffs on India for buying Russian oil

US State Secretary Marco Rubio has revealed why President Donald Trump waived tariffs on India for buying Russian oil. "We are trying to finalise a trade deal with India...we are very close to doing that...that's one of the things we take into consideration," Rubio said. "For some countries it is very difficult to acquire energy from alternative sources," he added.
