If there's no permission to protest, it's not in accordance with law: SC ahead of CJP protest
After petitioners approached the Supreme Court after the Delhi Police denied permission for CJP's October 10 protest at Jantar Mantar, the court said, "If their's permissions, it's lawful. If not, it's not in accordance with law." "We are not saying it's completely illegal but protesters could face the pain of prosecution," it added.
