An explosion was reported at a Jewish school in Amsterdam, with the city's mayor describing it as "a deliberate attack against the Jewish ​community". The explosion, which took place in ​an upscale residential neighbourhood, caused ​limited damage. Security at ​synagogues and Jewish institutions in Amsterdam had already been heightened after an arson ⁠attack at a synagogue in Rotterdam on Friday.
