Huawei is secretly funding research at top US universities including Harvard despite being blacklisted in the country, Bloomberg reported. The Chinese company is reportedly the sole funder of a research competition organised by Washington-based Optica Foundation that awards $1 million annually. Huawei's name was kept private by the foundation, the report said.
