When asked about a potential collaboration with Janhvi Kapoor, director Ram Gopal Varma said he liked late actress Sridevi but "not the daughter". "I don't see Sridevi in Janhvi yet," he added. "There have been a lot of actors and big stars with whom I haven't developed a connection...I have no intention of doing a film with Janhvi," Varma stated.
