After Parliament's Winter Session ended on Friday, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju said the government regrets not having a discussion on pollution. "We wanted a discussion. The Opposition had requested it...The Congress later said it's not important and created a ruckus," he said. "We were prepared for a full-day discussion...Congress instigated other parties as well to get it cancelled," he added.
