A retired circus elephant, Magda, was seen mourning and not leaving the side of her partner, Jenny, after the latter passed away in Russia. Magda and Jenny had been performing together for 25 years. "In the first minutes after the tragedy, she pushed her friend and tried to lift her and then began to hug her," a local report said.
