Tata Sons committee to oppose Chandrasekaran's decision to exit: Report

Tata Sons' nomination and remuneration committee will oppose Chairman N Chandrasekaran's decision not to seek reappointment when his term ends next year, ET reported. The committee is expected to ask him to reconsider as the conglomerate moves towards a potential listing after RBI rejected its request to surrender its NBFC licence. Tata Trusts, however, had accepted Chandrasekaran's decision.
