China's Alibaba has launched the preview of its latest Qwen3.8-Max model, just three days after Moonshot launched the world's largest open AI model Kimi K3. Alibaba claimed that the Qwen3.8 model will be "second only to [Anthropic's] Fable 5". Calling it "one of the most powerful models available today", Alibaba said the preview will be available starting at ₹600/month.
