Meta is working with Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan for a $13 billion package to fund its data centre in US' Texas. A majority of the financing is expected to be in the form of debt and the rest in equity, Bloomberg reported, citing sources. Meta last year completed a financing package worth $30 billion to fund its Louisiana data centre.
