Japan's Nikkei surges past 71,000 for 1st time ever as US-Iran sign MoU

Japan's market, Nikkei, surged past 71,000 for the first time since its inception in 1950. The Japanese market added over 1,400 points, or 2%, during intra-day trade. This comes as tensions eased after the US and Iran signed an MoU to end the ongoing war. Japan also recently introduced a bill to regulate cryptocurrency like stocks to push market growth.
