Australia national selector George Bailey said batter Steve Smith has expressed desire to move back to number four position. Smith started opening after the retirement of David Warner and scored 171 runs in eight Test innings as an opener. "Pat Cummins and head coach Andrew McDonald have confirmed that Smith will be dropping back down the order," Bailey stated.
