The Indian government has advised citizens to avoid non-essential travel to African countries of Congo, Uganda, and South Sudan amid Ebola outbreak. "Indian citizens currently residing in or travelling to these countries are advised to...follow public health guidance...by local authorities," the advisory stated. WHO has declared the outbreak a "Public Health Emergency of International Concern".
