Turkey’s parliament on Wednesday passed legislation banning social media use for children under 15 by amending the Social Services Law. The game software platforms have been brought under the ​scope of ​the ⁠regulation and they must classify games based on users' age criteria. The platforms with a high number of users ​are now required to ​appoint ⁠a representative in Turkey.
