After holding his first meeting with India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, US' newly appointed Secretary of State Marco Rubio expressed Trump administration's desire to advance economic ties with India, a top diplomat's spokesperson said. He also expressed desire to address concerns related to irregular migration. Both ministers also attended the QUAD foreign ministers' meeting.
