Bengaluru's restaurant associations have threatened to exit Swiggy and Zomato after August 15. They allege excessive commissions, forced discounts and deductions leave them with only around ₹40,000 from business worth ₹1 lakh. They have demanded transparent advertisement charges, an end to automatic deductions after customer complaints and a dedicated relationship manager for every restaurant.
