CJP claims 'BJP-protected goon opened man's skull'; Delhi Police issues fact-check

CJP's Saurav Das claimed a Dalit man, Sanjay, was allegedly attacked by a "BJP-protected goon" Swatantra Bhardwaj during the Delhi protest and his "skull was opened". He claimed police refused to add an attempt-to-murder charge. However, Delhi Police issued a fact-check saying, "Sanjay sustained a head injury by Kada worn by one alleged." Police said his injuries were declared 'simple'.
