Delhi HC refuses to stay film Doosra on Ganguly's plea

The Delhi High Court refused to stay the release of film Doosra, which Sourav Ganguly alleged violated his personality rights by using his iconic 2002 NatWest Series celebration. Justice Dinesh Bhatt stated, "I have said no stay, so the film can go on." The case will be reheard on October 23, the film's release date.
