Cryptic pregnancy is when a pregnant person doesn't know they're pregnant. It is also known as stealth pregnancy or denied pregnancy. If a person has this, they may not realise they are pregnant until very late into their pregnancy or until they go into labour. Studies suggest about 1 in 475 pregnancies go unnoticed until about 20 weeks gestation.
