Lucknow RJ cleans Gomti River over 177 Sundays; 8,000 people join
Prateek Bharadwaj, a Lucknow radio jockey, has been conducting a drive to clean up the Gomti River every Sunday for 177 weeks. His 'Go For Gomti' initiative, which started with less than 10 people, now has over 8,000 people and has transformed into an NGO. Every Sunday volunteers gather at the Kudiya Ghat for two hours and clean the river.
