A person was detained after live bullets were recovered from him at the swearing-in ceremony of Himanta Biswa Sarma as the CM of Assam. Notably, PM Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh attended the event. This comes days after explosive items were found near PM Modi's convoy's route in Bengaluru.
