NVIDIA has purchased Intel shares worth $5 billion as part of a deal announced in September, according to a filing. The world's most valuable firm bought over 214.7 million Intel shares at $23.28 apiece in a private placement. In September, both companies also agreed to jointly develop PC and data centre chips.
