Anthropic is in advanced talks to acquire AI tools startup Stainless for more than $300 million (over ₹2,800 crore), The Information reported. Stainless builds AI tools that developers use to access models from companies like OpenAI and Google. The deal hasn't been finalised yet, and part of the payment may also be made using Anthropic shares, the report added.
