Cabinet approves ₹10,000-crore SME Growth Fund to support MSMEs

The Union Cabinet, chaired by PM Narendra Modi, approved a ₹10,000-crore SME Growth Fund to support MSMEs. The fund will help businesses expand capacity, adopt advanced technology, enter global markets and strengthen exports. It will provide patient capital for innovation, acquisitions and strategic investments, while supporting job creation, business growth and stronger local supply chains.
