A special court in UP's Mainpuri on Tuesday sentenced three people to death for the 1981 Dehuli massacre, in which 24 Dalits, including children, were killed. The court also fined the convicts ₹50,000, government counsel Rohit Shukla said. On November 18, 1981, a gang of 17 dacoits in khaki stormed Dehuli village, targeting a Dalit family and gunning down 24.
