Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan and his cabinet ministers are boycotting the official functions of PM Narendra Modi in Kochi on Wednesday, which includes the inauguration of multiple development projects in the state. This comes after PWD Minister PA Mohammed Riyas was reportedly not invited to the events. "BJP is using public funds for political campaigning," state minister MB Rajesh said.
