Punjab CM and AAP leader Bhagwant Mann spoke on the allegations about him turning up drunk at Punjab Assembly. "Let me ask you: if you have any friend, acquaintance, or relative who has been drinking day and night heavily for 14 consecutive years, are they still alive today?" he asked. He said his critics have been parroting the same allegations.
