Nitin Gadkari gets stuck in Mumbai traffic for an hour, says 'I am paying for my mistake'

Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari said he was stuck in Mumbai traffic and arrived an hour late for a programme on Saturday. "But that's actually me paying for my mistake," he said, drawing laughter from the audience.
